Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge equivalent to the full session fee, as this time could have been offered to another patient in need. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
